Our Farm-to-Table dinner is set against the back drop of the majestic mountains of the West Elks and lush green fields on the valley floor on August 27th.  Our chefs, Abreaze Parra and Graeme Charles, will delight your taste buds with a delectable seven course meal paired with a wine cocktail and 3 wine pairings.   All food is hand selected from local organic farms in the North Fork Valley, which is know as , the “Organic Bread Basket” of the state.  Come relax and enjoy the view and experience Spanish Basque cuisine and the famous wines of Alfred Eames Cellars.
