Zenzen Gardens has paired up with Alfred Eames Cellars bringing their famous wine to our stunning farm and the North Fork Valley.

Please note on all Tapas nights, we stop Wine Tastings at 4:30 pm.  You can purchase wine by the glass after 4:30.  Tapas nights are every Thursday and the 1st & 3rd Fridays.

Join us at Zenzen Gardens on Thursday evenings with Tapas and Wine.  Enjoy local organic tapas prepared by Chef Abreaze Para.  Abreaze will make your taste buds come alive with her savory treats on Thursday Evenings.  No reservation is required and we invite you to come join us on the Veranda and take in the majestic views of the West Elks, taste exceptional appetizers and sip on delicious wines from Alfred Eames Cellars.

Chef Para hand selects the freshest vegetables, meats and cheeses from local farms throughout the North Fork Valley. Our little valley is know for being the organic bread basket for the state of Colorado. Abreaze personally knows the local farmers and many items are grown just for her to use in her incredible creations.

We will be serving from 4:30-8:00 pm every Thursday.  The month of August we will be serving from 3:00-6:30 pm so you can catch the free Pickin-In-The-Park concert held at Paonia Town Park.

Farm-to-Table Dinners

I am so proud to offer our first Farm-to-Table dinners at Zenzen Gardens.

Chef Abreaze Parra, Zenzen Gardens' chef,  is teaming up with Graeme Charles.  Chef Graeme was the voted the top chef in Telluride.  Chef Parra has been providing exceptional Tapas at the farm.  Both Parra and Charles will delight your taste buds with savory flavors from the Basque Region of Spain.  Did you know that Western Colorado is very similar in climate and altitude to the Basque Region of Spain? The dinner will be phenomenal!

The Dinner...

Will include locally sources breads, greens, meats, vegetables, herbs and cheese from the "Organic Bread Basket" of the state, the North Fork Valley.  The dinner will include 7 courses, a wine cocktail and three wine pairings for the meal. We will proudly be serving wines from Alfred Eames Cellars.

Eames was just voted as Colorado's vintner of the year.

Vintner, Alfred Eames Petersen, known as Eames, and his lovely wife will entertain us with love songs during our wine cocktail hour.  During the meal, Shaniah McGlaughlin, will entertain us with her lovely melodies on her acoustical guitar.

The Details...

6:00-6:30...  Wine cocktail with appetizer and melodies from Pam and Eames.

6:30-8:30... Dinner is served and melodies from Shaniaha Mc Glaughlin.

Book your tickets early as both meals will be limited to 50 people per meal.
